設備介紹

該設備是由電機、底座、傳動(dòng)、密封、均質(zhì)器、壓力保護裝置、冷卻、加熱裝置、控制單元等組成。物料從設備上口進(jìn)入,經(jīng)九級高速剪切、分散,從上而下,從下口排出。

1、具有對腔室內剪切的物料進(jìn)行在線(xiàn)保溫和加熱功能,確保物料不會(huì )過(guò)熱或過(guò)冷,滿(mǎn)足各種工藝要求。

2、雙端面機械密封自帶水循環(huán)冷卻和安全保護裝置,具有壓力示警保護功能,壓力值低于安全壓力時(shí)聲光報警,高速旋轉時(shí)密封更加可靠。

3、采用五軸數控精密加工,保障了形位公差和尺寸公差的合格率,確保剪切定子、轉子配合間隙僅為0.15mm高速下運行順暢。高速運行的軸承溫控裝置,保證了8000r/min下長(cháng)時(shí)間持續工作。

4、特殊材料保障在高速運行時(shí)不會(huì )發(fā)生形變,線(xiàn)速度50m/s,跳動(dòng)在0.05mm以?xún)取?/p>

5、強大的剪切力、精密配合、穩定輸出的組合下,物料粒徑可達0.5-1um.

Equipment introduction
